Baker Design Group was thrilled to work with the Venture Lane Founder, to create a working and social environment to support the Company’s Mission: “Our mission is to provide the best startup hub for enabling cutting-edge innovation.” “We are building a world-class local work community exhibiting careful curation, entrepreneurial spirit, best-in-class services, and an outstanding space for leading companies in the digital industry.”

The 10,000 sq ft space is designed to be the prototype for future Venture Lane venues. The goal was to create a sophisticated design environment, at a relative low-cost that could affordably scale to other locations while creating a warm and welcoming work and social environment, that can easily respond to the flexibility needs per each startup company as they grow. The Community Living Room serves as an initial welcoming space, but can quickly convert into a presentation space for large groups. A variety of reservable meeting room sizes and phone booths support the needs of the community
